Art of Takedowns is a judo and grappling academy in downtown Escondido. Classes run from beginner to advanced and cover judo, no-gi judo, Kosen judo ground work, wrestling, jiu-jitsu and practical self-defense, with a judo competition team. Students of all ages train there, and new visitors can start with a free one-week trial.
