Carlson Gracie Escondido is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu academy on East Valley Parkway in Escondido. Black belt instructors teach a progressive curriculum for adults, and the kids program takes students from age four through the teens, split into Little Champions, Kids and Teens groups. Belt progression marks each student's progress, and the academy offers a free week of classes to newcomers of any age.
