CrossFit Sun is a community-driven CrossFit gym on World Trade Drive in Carmel Mountain, San Diego. Coached workouts change every day, so members get the coaching of a personal trainer with the camaraderie of a team, and the gym credits that support for why people stick with it. A standard membership covers the classes, drop-ins are welcome, and the schedule is on the site.
