Electrum Performance is a strength and conditioning facility and online coaching program built around Brazilian jiu-jitsu athletes and grapplers. Founder and head coach Alex Sterner, a CSCS with a kinesiology degree, has made it his main focus since 2019. Programs include EP Custom and EP at Home, delivered through individualized plans and remote app-based workouts.
