Popflow
Popflow is a boutique studio with locations in Coronado and Golden Hill, offering yoga, Pilates, sculpt and stretch classes. Founder Erin Ayres taught yoga for roughly a decade before rebranding B Street Yoga as Popflow in 2025. Classes use a no-mirror, no-heat format, and a third San Diego location is in the works.
