Rise Lagree Studio is a boutique Lagree studio in Poway, opened in 2025 and founded by Liz Huettinger, a certified Lagree instructor. It offers 40-minute classes on Megaformer Pro machines for beginners through experienced clients, including pre- and postnatal options. Members also get access to a recovery suite with an infrared sauna, cold plunge, compression sleeves and massage chairs. The studio sits above Oak Tree Dental.
