ADMA Elite Training is a functional-training gym in Ramona owned by Anthony Abbott. It offers personal training, boot camp, HIIT, circuit and cardio work, group fitness and virtual classes, adapted for everyday clients and athletes. In March 2026 it hosted Spartan DEKA STRONG and DEKA MILE events, and Abbott has also started the ADMA Youth Alliance, a nonprofit that funds scholarships, sports equipment and mentorship for Ramona kids.
