Elite Kickboxing Gym is a Muay Thai gym in Vista run by owner and head coach Ahmad Ibrahim, a Philadelphia native with more than 20 years of fighting and teaching. Classes cover Muay Thai fundamentals, all-levels sessions, 45-minute bag conditioning, optional sparring and clinch work, and fight-team training, plus private lessons and youth classes for ages 5 to 12. A women's class meets Thursday mornings, with all-women sparring monthly.
