IB Fitness is a privately owned gym in Imperial Beach, open 24 hours a day in an upgraded facility of about 13,000 square feet. It mixes free weights, cardio machines, kettlebells, TRX and BOSU gear with functional-training classes, boxing and kickboxing, and offers personal training and free monthly evaluations. Child care is available on site, and the gym welcomes everyone from first-time members to athletes.
