Lagree Lounge is a boutique Lagree studio on Garnet Avenue in Pacific Beach, opened in 2025 by owner Carol Morgan. It offers 45-minute Megaformer classes in small groups, with hands-on coaching and modifications for beginners. Formats include Full Body Lagree, Arms & Abs and Mega Stretch. On the first Friday of each month it hosts a Lagree and Lounge evening.
