Pure Infrared Sauna Studio is a recovery studio with two locations, Bankers Hill in San Diego, opened in September 2023, and Solana Beach. Founder Matt Stewart leads the business. Services include infrared sauna, cold plunge, red light, salt sessions and compression, with an emphasis on scheduled recovery sessions for both locals and visitors.
