The Gym El Cajon is a bodybuilding-oriented gym above Dick's Sporting Goods in Parkway Plaza, opened in December 2024 and owned by Rick and Keanu. It has multiple workout areas and high-quality equipment for general members, personal-training clients and experienced lifters. Independent personal trainers are welcome to bring their own clients, and the gym opens at 4 a.m. on weekdays.
