North County Compound is a martial arts gym on Valley Parkway in Escondido with round-the-clock access for members. One all-access membership covers more than 200 classes a month across Brazilian jiu-jitsu, no-gi, wrestling, boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing, MMA and strength and conditioning, plus kids classes, with the sauna and showers included. Coaches work with first-timers and competitive athletes alike.
